The design of the Tower involves lifting the observation deck (capsule) with capacity for over 50 visitors to a height of 50-70 meters.
This model of the Observation Tower (OT) has no analogues in the world. Its design is patented in all EU countries.
A distinctive feature of the technical design of the Tower refers to lifting the capsule installed at the upper end of the mast by raising (extending) the mast itself.
With the lowered mast the height of a structure does not exceed 4-7 meters which allows it to be installed in places where UNESCO applied restrictions on the height of newly installed buildings and structures in order to preserve existing historical urban landscapes.
The proposed design makes it possible to install the Observation Tower in close proximity to significant tourist sites that are the heritage of all mankind and are of great interest to tourists.
Area up to 100 m² with number of visitors no more than 50 people. The floor of the capsule is stationary. In the central part of the capsule there are seats for relaxation for 15-20 people. Visitors of the tower can move freely inside the capsule during the ascent/lowering process.
2. Cafe-bar
Area up to 180 m² with number of visitors no more than 70 people. The floor of the capsule is divided into three segments: the central one with a circular bar counter fixedly installed on it; intermediate one on which bar tables with chairs are installed and which rotates around the center of the capsule; peripheral – the segment of the outer perimeter of the capsule which is motionless.
3. Conference hall
Area up to 180 m² with number of visitors no more than 130 people. The floor of the capsule is divided into two segments: the central one with a fixedly installed circular bar counter for pouring and serving drinks; the main one on which three tiers of seats are installed in a circle and lifted relative to each other. This segment with chairs installed on it rotates around the center of the capsule. Each chair has its own interface for connecting to the audio guide. The text perceived by the visitor (in all official UN languages) is synchronized with both the process of raising/lowering of the capsule and the angle of its rotation.
4. A foundationless Pyramid
The base of the 4-sided pyramid is a square with a 20 m side. The height of the pyramid is 12 m. The height of the fixed part of the pyramid is 5 m. The base of the rising part of the pyramid (capsule) is 11 m. The lifting height of the upper part of the pyramid is 50 m..
Foundations are installed at the 4.5 meters mark. The ground level coincides with the floor level of the capsule.
Foundations are installed at the 2.25 meters mark. Entrance to the capsule is through the entrance group with a total number of steps of no more than 15.
Foundations are installed at the 0 meters mark. Total number of steps no more than 30. Includes an elevator.
